I am looking at a KitchenAid Gourmet Reserved set for 9.99 (ceramic and aluminum) at amazon but I am clueless about what I really need.  I cook often and I have an electric stove.  Any advice is greatly appreciated!!</p>

<p>So with a thick core of aluminum will it be better in terms of not burnings easily. This is what I have heard of stainless steel cookware. Also is it easy to clean stainless steel.</p>
