How do you get rid of burnt marks on non stick cookware?
I have got blackish marks on my cookware and I have tried soaking it in hot water but the marks are still there. And what is the best type of cookware that does not stick?
What is the best cookware to get?
I am moving out and want to get a quality set of cookware, but what's the best? I've seen stainless steel, try-ply stainless steel, non-stick, and hard-anodized. Money is not an issue because I understand that it is worth the money to get a quality set of cookware.
I am concerned about the cookware that is the nonstick coating. While I don't mind handwashing it as suggested, I am concerned about scratching which can resulting in the chemicals being released in the cooking.

I have have copper Cordon Blue cookware with a tin type material lining them. The lining is worn away and damaged in some spots and I would like to have either Cordon Bleu recondition them or have them suggest who might recondition them. How much would this cost - ball park?
