About a year ago I bougth a set of Emeril's cookware set, it went good for a while but lately Ive had problemas with my frying pan. Everything is sticking in it, even after throwing in a pinch of oil and butter.

What can I do?

I am looking into purchasing a professional-grade yet affordable cookware set. I have seen both of these as highly recommended, however the emeril is slightly more expensive. Can anyone recommend which is a better purchase? I need stainless steel, over safe, and am an avid amateur chef so quality and performance is very important. (I am also open to other suggestions if you have). Thank You!
