Other than this and stainless steel can anybody suggest other kinds to buy for this thanksgiving.

I am looking for the ware that is good for health and is not harmful like teflon.

Especially, at the edge, it is hard to clean them off completely. Don't know whether they are bad to your health. Anything that can clean them off completely and easily?
It seems, those polish residue is not like grease or oil, it is not hot soap water soluble.
