In your opinion what is the best brand of cookware?

I need a new set of cookware, (skillets & cookers). I don't like aluminum and I want something that doesn't have the teflon coating. In your opinion, what's the best for non-stick cooking?

can you suggest other type of cookware sets?

I want to buy new sets of cookware (pans, dishes etc. ) but I dont want the non stick ones coz it has teflon coating and I dont want to use that. Other than this and stainless steel can anybody suggest other kinds to buy for this thanksgiving.

I am looking for the ware that is good for health and is not harmful like teflon.

Is it safe to use nonstick cookware after the coating has come-off?

Someone told me to dispose non-stick cookware if the teflon coating has come off the cooking surface.
